Pros
These grinders are the best i have bought by quite a way. They are easy to operate, the metallic parts do not get corroded by salt. They grind coarse salt and peppercorns perfectly.
A bit fiddly putting the salt and pepper in the hole. Looks good. Nice and streamlined. A lovely set.
Cons
Surprised by the positive reviews. Fooled by them. Downside is that they don't work properly. Would not buy again. Disappointing after reading reveiws on here.
Salt grinder has no facility to add grains of salt to prevent condensation clogging the salt. No grinding, no turning. One of the mills is hardly grinding peppercorns anymore.
The motor in the dispensers are not powerful enough. Feel very weak even with brand new batteries. Electric motor on the other was found to be kaput on arrival. It sounds like the motor is completely underpowered.
