Didnt think standard fridge waterline would hold up to the hot water needed by the humidifier

Fridge is about 3 years old already had to replace plastic line went to copper copper line then developed a pin hole and had to replace that as well

Either it was not necessary or it did work because i could not tell a difference in the taste of ice or filtered water at the refrigerator after installing the line

The reason i went to this line was i have a small child put a stool directly on top of the waterline multiple times a week and the previous poly line cracked because of this
