Edit 2 i tried my new mat and now this time it is perfect no issues at all i guess i got a defective one before

I am really happy with this mat i mainly use it under the square36 cardio mat to give me extra cushion but i also use it by itself so both of us can do our own workoutsthe size and weight of the mat keeps it from moving around as your work out but it is not too heavy so very easy to roll up and move out of the way when done working out
