I purchased this item because would always ask if the dishes in the dishwasher were clean or assumed they were clean and take them out

Comes with something to stick on dishwasher to make magnet work which was great because my dishwasher is not metal

They look just like the picture and if you dishwasher isn’t magnetic there is a extra magnetic with a sticker side to adhere to the washer

This does come with a secondary magnet with adhesive on one side so that for dishwashers that are not magnetic you can attach the adhesive side to it and then the sign will be magnetic to it

I did not want to have to use use the adhesive magnet and i did not have to since the cleandirty magnet worked on my dishwasher by itself
