The existing grout floor tiles had badly discoloured from its grey and looked horrible

Like most things you need to take your time and wipe any excess from the tile using dry kitchen towel works great not damp cloth which will just smear it

My only problem is that it is a bit wide so it left a trail on the edges of the tiles either side of the grout line

It isnt like a round marker more a long rectangle nib

In our case it was too wide to fit in the grout lines so it was a bit of a faff to get it to cover
