I must admit, I was very sceptical about how good this would be, but it was either that, or rake out and re-grout. The existing grout (floor tiles) had badly discoloured from its grey, and looked horrible. I'd tried all the usual things, bicarb / white vinegar etc., to no real avail.This done the job perfectly. Like most things, you need to take your time and wipe any excess from the tile (using dry kitchen towel works great - not damp cloth, which will just smear it).Minor niggle is that the applicating nib (bit like a felt tip) would ideally be angled to make it easier to get into corners. I found a way round this by depressing a few times in a washed out yoghurt pot so you get a little liquid forming, and then use an artists paint brush. This allows you to get right into corners.Love this, great product!  Read Less
