Pros

Ice lasts surprisingly long time. Keeps my coffee hot all morning and keeps the coffee tasting like we'll coffee. Coffe stays hot and drinkable for hours.

It needs to be removable, even if that compromises the spill proofness a little. The design is great and the lid seals nice and tight.

Temperature - tremendous insulation. Customer service - top notch. Thermal insulation is top notch also.

Excellent cup for work and tavel. Dont ever quit making these. I plan to eventually order one size down (i have the original large one) since sometimes i rotate between smaller and larger coffees/teas.

Cons

Cup is advertised as 20 ounce capacity. The lid is hard to keep clean.

The mug is cumbersome and awkward. The ceramic coating is so thin it's a bit see through in places. The interior has a * strong chemical odor.
