Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the velcro on the outside front pocket wore out after about 6 months of moderate use

Strap for laptop is too slack and doesn’t stabilize laptop

The seem just inside the main zipper fraid from a caught zipper but i fixed it with a bit of glue

It does not fit alot of items because if you fill up the front zippers it will not close properly
