I tried the medela hydrogel pads and they were awful didn’t stick didn’t mold to breast and were worthless

I live in these all day every day for weeks if they get too wet from a letdown and start to curl just lay on a flat surface in your fridge and they will go back to normal

Ok so even if youve taken a breastfeeding class or read a book or two on the topic it seems like nobody says hey your nipples are kinda gonna hurt a lot for the first few weeks

I’ve also used medela hydrgels and my issue with them is they are only for 24 hour use you have to wipe off the area before breastfeeding and the shape of them

The shape is more square so they don’t sit great and they are not super flexible
