Looking at the other bbqs in this class youll notice the little cheaper char broil and most others if you dig into them youll notice the cheap quality burner that sets on a small metal tab in the back with a small cotter pin to hold it down

Although if you lift the lid to check your food inside of course you will lose heat just like your oven will when you open the door

The right side burner will not lightbut just makes that clicking noise

I have never used my side burner as my other grill the burner didnt work good but i would have liked this burner to work

That said the outer box was not damaged so im guessing the damage is from the company it self and not who delivered ii
