I bought a 43 in these boots and they are loose and wont tighten down enough

The 2 boa ratcheting closure knobs on each boot work perfectly although the one on the side of the left boot is the only boa closure knob that tightens counterclockwise not clockwise as you would expect

One caveat i take a size 47 in my sidi mountain bike shoes and needed a full size up from that to fit properly a size 48 that i ordered the size 47 would have been too small so watch for that sizing issue when ordering
