The mopping pads are thicker so more durable, bucket and ss rod are stronger and durable. The microfiber pads are good enough to remove stains while mopping. It has 360° movement and mops as well as sweeps remains like, hair and invisible dust.

Reality is far from what has been stated in the description. The new design is so pathetic. Kindly request you to restore old design and sell it on amazon.

The drain cap is loose and water is flowing. The durability is big question mark on this product. It's not that great and seller send me only 2 cleaning pads instead of 3.

The flat mop is super lightweight, which makes it super flimsy as well. While i appreciate this feature, it brings with it the drawback of flipping to the wrong/unwanted/ lock side at every turn. It bends easily.
