Great tiny unit for apartments or condos. This is the nicest weather station we've ever had. It is easy to mount outside the house on a post and is solar powered.

The la crosse rain remote gauge is very accurate. It shows wind speed, direction, and humidity. My weather station shows 4mph and i have two weather stations that all agree usually within 1 degree in temperature.

Customer service support is non responsive and does not answer the * phone. Called service dept. Same problem. I wish to return this piece of junk to your company (that used to have good customer service) for a full refund!

The sensor on the roof keeps failing. Either the solar panel is defective or undersized. Took the sensor down, replaced battery; lasted 48 hrs. Pulled the unit down again, removed battery, let sit for 24 hrs.

Off by 5 degrees. Still facing towards the equator and not a cloud in the sky. Now it just says no on outside temp/wind. It also tells you how cloudy it is!

It has a great display but once the external battery dies it is completely useless for outside temp and wind direction and speed. The indoor monitor has only half of the display working. The clock bug should have been worked out by now.
