    The fragrance itself was in the original sealed packaging and is genuine i have a manufacturers sample of the scent fro comparison not that there was any doubt in my mind on first viewing and then testing the perfume

    Scent is so subjective it is hard to base a purchase on the impressions of other peopleand i would never recommend a blind buy even thought i do it myself all the time but i will say that in my opinion this fragrance seems to match the name chasing butterflies

    I read on one of the perfume blogs that la chasse aux papillons this one not the extreme version is the top seller in this brand
