Pros

L-arginine lowers blood pressure and puts a lilt in my step. Doctor is slowly decreasing my prescription meds since going on it. I believe the arginine has contributed to him being able to get off all his heart medications at 81 years old.

It gives him a lot of energy and he is able to continue doing normal chores as if he never had any problems to start with. Noticeable bump in energy after about a week of steady use.

Cons

The handle on the little scooper is too small. I hope my review doesn't dissuade someone from trying it. Take some grape seed extract along with it and its the same thing.
