I used a soft cloth to gradually stick it on a freshly cleaned screen and then removed some air bubbles with a bank card as recommended

And to be honest unless you want to replace the screen completely this is your only option to add anti glare to the screen

Installing it is not so easy but easier than putting on a glass protector the trick is to alliign it to the front facing camera slot and then stick it slowly pass over the included cloths to pull out the bubbles

Maybe heshe forgot to peel the extra plastic layer after applying the protector
