When i called the company about it they said that they could send me some plugs but that it would not be able to be properly put in the bowl for some reason i could not understand

Nevertheless they replaced the entire bowl for me free of charge because i was still within warranty

The second thing that broke rather quickly was the small plug that fits in the juice shoot where the actual juice comes out

The plug was fine but the plastic clips that hold it in place broke so the plug itself could not longer be attached to the shoot firmly

Still it seems like kuvings could design these two pieces better given the price of this machine
