Pros

The small fit my 8lbs dachshund-chihuahua mix very well. It will work great for my little rat terrier (bought xsmall size, she's just under 4lbs) i have a pitbull and a lab mix and the xl fits them great!

No it's not stretchy, but why would it be? The girth is plenty wide. Love it just a little snug on my girl.

Cons

Feeling misled disappointed. You’ve been forwarded. The biggest disappointment is i thought we were getting two jackets.

The velcro on the black raincoat side isn't sandwiched. The sizing is just plain weird. The quality of the plaid side is just meh.
