Pros & Cons
Pros
This works perfectly. Super sturdy. Well made. Nice and sturdy. And yes. This is exactly what i wanted.
Using a colander is so hard so when. Using this is much easier to use. Turn your boiling water down to low when your using it and turning it backup after you finished.
The large fitted scraper/spatula is also great to quickly push the raw dough threw. Making homemade spazle is soo easy with this product. Perfect for making spätzle and halusky.
It's indestructible and makes beautiful spaetzle. Heavy duty and dishwasher safe. If it is too stiff, however, the noodle is tough.
The kuchenprofi lid & scraper maker works on a variety of pot sizes. This is well-made with the perfect sized rim for my 8 quart stock pot.
Cons
Lid covers the entire pot (admittedly as shown) and traps too much heat.
