My suggestion is to show the technique in sliw morion first then go regular speed

Holding thekubotan in the high position is extremely awkward and too obvious during an actual encounter

My biggest critisism of this video is that they should have shown the techniques in slow motion

Also i found no practical use at all for the drills at the end of the video
