Pros

I buy whatever color is cheapest. It's really great and works well but at the price point, having to use 3 strands every day wasn't great. I recommend 10/10.

The adhesion is good and lasts for a couple days, even through sweat and showers. The sticking power is #1. It is not super sting or uncomfortable either.

Cons

Negative ghost rider, currently week 2 and the marks look like i’ve been laying in the sun with some funky tan lines. This tape begins peeling up almost immediately. Did not include instructions for elbow tendinitis.
