Pros & Cons
Pros
Product is great and gives me a lot of piece of mind with a bike parked in a sketchy area. Works well, it's unlikely any thief will have also bought a security bit.
Took 2 days to drill all the holes and about 6-8 battery charges. Tried drilling the holes in my garage slab with a new consumer hammer drill.
Kryptonite chain, and the kryptonite disc brake lock. It's attractive, has plenty of room to loop a huge chain or u-bolt through. Hard-metal bolt covers keep an attacker from getting a wrench on them.
Excellent product with detailed instruction for installation. Total install 5 hours. Some installation suggestions.
Dewalt 577 drill comes with 5/16 and 5/8 concrete bits. Your mileage may vary.
Cons
This is not what it is advertised to be. Nonexistent customer service from that seller.
Anchor is mostly made of plastic. Under the plastic cover is a small metal plate, which could be cut through in seconds by a thief with an angle grinder. If the wire is barely disturbed, the entire fastener basically explodes.

I hope to live the rest of my life without ever being that close to a rotary hammer again but now that the job is done im happy... Read More
Have not installed yet but the weight and feel seems to be very well made product
2 hours and half a hole later i went to lowes and bought a cheap impact drill to use with the bits provided
With the ball bearings and ball bearing covers pounded in i have not figured out how this could be removed
Packaging/appearance
I fixed the hole reassembled the fastener and got it all done
You need the correct tools to secure it into the cement
Competitiveness
I purchased this to secure a couple of ebikes and it’s definitely keeping it locked down
If you need peace of mind on your expesive bike this is the answer
That being said i was using an 18v hammer drill not a construction grade big one

We set the mounting plate on the concrete pavement and drilled a hole with the pilot drill on the first marked hole on the plate
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Once the drill was an inch into the material we removed the plate and drilled to the length of the anchors

We then carefully vacuumed all of the dust out the pushed the anchors into the hole placed the mounting plate and screwed the bolt tight
