The on line support for these is pretty good but the info on how to use is not so good there have their own foibles in the software that takes a bit of getting used to by trial and error

For example after charging my unit will not turn off by holding down the onoff switch the fix for this just discovered is when fully charged and while the power charge cord is in and on at the mains push and hold the power onoff button and yank out the charge cable and off it will go
