The builders scratched it on installation which was disappointing and also freeing

But i used dawn in it when we first installed it when we ran out i put palmolive in it because it was bogo it clogged the dispenser

I would push it down and then it wouldn’t come back up i would have to pull it out and then manually pull it back up

Otherwise you have to crawl under the sink and find the spot to screw it back in

Also the rack should be alittle smaller to allow for the countertop to be be over the sink by 18th inch

Even running plumbing wasnt bad either with the insinkerator evolution disposal
