Pros

Great gazebo for patio. The netting works great but it is very fine grade netting and snags easily.

After the roof panels are installed, tighten the rail and frame screws inside the gazebo. Use a small nail or toothpicks to spread the sealant around the screw head.

This has a beautiful hammered-like finish. It's very sturdy. This one supports up to 2400 lbs of snow.

Took my wife and i about two and a half days, including some prep work recommended by others. Assembly needs patience and a little prior experience of handyman.

This is probably the most time consuming part of the project. Hopefully, this helps during you gazebo building adventure.

Cons

The metal structure is cheaply stitched in and does not stand up to any real level of wind resistance. The attachment hooks they have for the post are a joke. Also the plastic brackets used to attach the roofing fall off if not extremely careful.

I'm extremely disappointed considering how expensive ($1k+) this product is. I feel like this purchase was a mediocre buy.

The slow drip causes a puddle. Currently, i have to wait until the customer service resolves the issues.

Shipping was delayed however i contacted the company and they remedied it right away

Packaging/appearance

Note use scissors to cut the screw bolt or boot number from the packaging for easy reference

This enabled us to watch tv from the firepit area in addition to watching it inside the gazebo

The netting in the cupola doesnt impede the hanging of a fan

Assembley was smoothish there are some confusing aspects to the instructions as they are mostly pictographs

Competitiveness

And the most satisfying part was upgrading to a 10x10 to a 12x16

I am happy to say that this is a very wellmade unit with straightforward instructions
