To be fair the product came with little pieces of blotting paper and a sample of face wash which was really cute and nice to receive

So the conditioner worked just fine for the portions of my hair that werent bleachedthey ended up super soft and silkybut for the parts that had suffered from my bout with bleach somehow this conditioner made them even more dry and brittle

But i think later on id be perfectly happy with its performance
