    Consi am not sure if this is actually a con but the sled contacts the track via small plastic sleeves

    There is one significant drawback for most hobby photographers using dslrs and the like in that it is not a standalone device the mounting screw is much larger than what you will find on any of your cameras

    You have to know what your limitation are this is not a 500 slider
