I cook large meals portion them out freeze them normally wrapped in press seal then placed in ziplock bags so that im stocked have options when i dont feel like cooking

Normally i put things in zip lock bags and that does an ok job but this vacuum sealer sucks the air right out for you and vacuum packs your food to keep it extra fresh
