Cons
If you're after a book that will look nice on your desk, and explains it's concepts in no more depth or insight than a wiki article then this book is for you. This book focuses strictly on print design and is incredibly outdated.

In my experience books in this area tend to be full of fluff and pretty pictures or so elementary as to make you want to cry with exasperation at the waste of resources spent on publishing the bleeding obvious

However the title was misleading as i just wanted to learn about onions and which you should use for different salads
