This organizer is pretty sturdy yet collapsible. It is sturdy, lots of space and has velcro on the bottom so it stays put in the back of my car. Feels exceptionally sturdy.

It comes with a cover and the attachable dividers. But it storage compartments are big and roomy. Mine always has my reflective vest, hardhat and rain gear.

Use this in my 2015 fiesta st, very happy with the quality, capacity, and looks. Fits well in a large trunk and i would say it would do excellent in an suv.

The velcro enclosures wear out and do not properly close the container. They are too heavy that it slants the devider.
