I dont have the greatest knees. I find these offer a lot of support when doing loaded leg exercises; Particularly, squats, deadlifts, and leg press. They fit well and are comfortable; however, they dont really breathe all that well. Your legs will be soaked underneath. They also have a bit of a smell (kind of a rubber/plastic smell). I have washed them a couple times and it didnt mess them up (air dry). Washing them didnt really remove the smell, though it is going away slowly. Definitely worth it if your knees bother you and you want some support.  Read Less
