Pros
They are simple and convenient, strong and reliable, and perform flawlessly. They make life easier for mechanics and non-mechanics. They are often a better value than the lower priced chains with flat sided link plates and buying the ml separately.
They are a bit hard to unhook, but do you really want them to come off easily? Little tight getting to click in, but once seated, working well.
It's fiddly but can be done. The cardboard package provides all the instructions needed for installing and removing the missing link. It goes on super easy then stiffens to the point pliers are needed to remove.
Kmc. The missing links are easy to attach. They are awesome.
Item is exactly as described, and works as it should. Used this on a shamano chain for an 8 speed cassette. The links work perfectly, be sure to order the right speed.
Cons
It makes an extra clunky sound when it goes around the chain ring or through the jockey wheels on the derailleur. It squeezes the chain links surrounding the quick link, causing that length of chain to become extremely stiff.

If youre putting on a new chain or if you just have a bent or stiff link in the one thats already on your bike this is a cheap way to get it fixed
