I ordered i had uptodate information about my purchase including whereabouts it arrived in a secured box it is a plug and play item windows 10 pro you turn it on you adjust it how you want you speak it relays or records you turn off

Only issue is that sometimes it can be too sensitive and pick up every small sound and volume adjuster on the mic doesnt seem to be working but other than that great mic for the price

The stalk of the microphone could be more articulate it moves just a little bit around its axis but not enough to have it placed in an unconventional way
