I have tested this speaker on multiple different devices with the same results so it is not an issue with any of my devices

Also i have another wireless speaker a doss touch and all songs play smoothly with no delays through that wireless speaker so its not an apple music issue

The construction of these speakers is very strong and high quality but being into music like i am having the first few seconds of every song on an album cut off is driving me insane
