My only complaint is that once you start using it a lot the enamel seems to become stained with black marks from the flame my stove is not a cooktop

On the old set they were painted or coated on the bottom which eventually looked pretty bad

Bought this pan for my induction burner so it works good on the burner but the pan is so large and then wok shape doesnt seem to heat everything very evenly
