I’m like the 50 millionth person to say it but here goes… this book is fantastic. This book has a lot of gravitas, sway, and swagger.

If a teacher and chef want to be ridiculously happy and good at their career, they need to dedicate themselves fully. I particularly enjoy when they candidly dish on their areas of expertise.

The self-deprecating humor and unvarnished truth delivery is a joy. Bourdain’s wit and sarcasm, his wonderful storytelling.
