Price was great compared to similar hoods and product has been well worth it
We are totally satisfied with it and the price surpassed anything i had looked at the stores
For the price id say its an excellent choice
Packaging/appearance
All items necessary to attach to wall and vent to outside if desired were in original packaging
They need to add two holes on the design so the recirculating vents can be hidden
Competitiveness
Sleek nice clean easy to install and a beatiful focal point in the kitchen
Not so at allthe lights are bright but are yellow and warm and in the front

Quick fix unscrew grey touch box pop back off rock the round black plastic beeper back and forth until it breaks off board

Buyers should know that there is a seam in the vertical pieces that is much more visible than id imagined

Fan motor vibrates like its way out of ballance on high and is just barely noticeable on medium

Lights are bright but hang down below the rest of the unit so they do shine in you eye a little bit

The controls work great and the fan does a great job pulling out the smoke even the heaviest when stovetop grill is on high no more calls from the alarm monitoring company
