I measured all my 5 dogs round the chest and they are all under 22 inches so i ordered small and they are all too small so just to let you know the sizes are not correct

Had to return as the l goes no where near my 19 month old gsd it fits over her head but even when i’ve fully adjusted waistchest area it is no where near going to fasten so sizing is way off
