Although there is no suction, it is tacky and so not easy for a one year old to throw.

Its bigger than the usual table for babies so it normally doesnt fit

It fits perfectly in the highchair tray and stays put, so it's almost impossible for your baby to grab and fling it onto the floor.

It’s heavy so my daughter cannot throw it around, it doesn’t stick to the high chair though.

The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that my son is still able to eventually dump it which is what i was trying to prevent by buying this item.
