Installed cartridges and printed a test page and color worked but not the black

Contacted seller thinking the black was defective and with images sent of the test page heshe suggested i clean the printer head

However the only problems i had were very minor — an initial error message warning that the cartridges were not the approved brand and then i had to use the printer head cleaning function to get the magenta ink to flow properly

Was concerned that they might not fit or work once installed

Off brand replacement ink cartridges are provided at about 14 the brand name cost that work just as well as the original cartridge with the only exception that the printer may occasionally warn you that the ink cartridges are not their official brand name

Ignore the not genuine warning simply click the ok button and continue with your job
