Returning for a refund. Credit to amazon for the speedy initial delivery and the very quick refund. Tried to return via amazon but returns window is closed so will have to chase manufacturer for a warranty replacement.

I was once told by a friend never buy an unbranded memory card i did of course and totally regretted it as after a while it lost some of my data

This is quite a bit below the claimed max speed of 100mbs but this could be a limitation of my laptops internal sd card reader
