Pros

It dries fast, doesn't smudge and is very water resistant. It lasts all day with no smudging. Works great stays on great. If you forget to wash your face, all night too lol.

Super stylish design. Seemed to be packaged well. The packaging is really cute, i love glitter!

Cons

Cute pen, but does not hold up well for watery eyes. It flakes off in about 2 hours and leaves smudges around the eyes. Liked a lot at first, but dried out quickly.
