The only issue ive had is that have to put my phone in it upside down because the back does have a window but its at the bottom not sure why when all the pictures for the product show the top of the phone pointing towards the king cool logo where you would open the case

Also the lanyard has me nervous because the string you tie to the case is very thin

Mike also came with a velcro strap you can hook in the back which is something that i dont believe was mentioned in the description but it would be useful for strapping it to a chair or something

The material looks a little flimsy and all the english instructions on the packaging though understandable sounds like they were translated by a machine

However it is large bulky with the top lock and although the phone works through the cover it just isnt the same as using the phone itself without the cover
