The wide spectrum of light ensures your plants get all the required bands for photosynthesis. I currently have lettuce, spinach, and kale growing in a dwc hydroponic system.

For less than the price of a single fixture from some of the more well known brands
Will buy more updatei have purchased 2 more kingbo 900 watts
These guys also make the higrow brand of lights

After buying another brand higrow im switching back to the kingbo

One of my tents had the other brand and i noticed that it was burning the plants in the middle directly under the lights even though they were 20 inches away

Many plants do not need much intensity when seedlings or cuttings and vegetative only output would be great for these applications

One of the lights is still fully functioning while the other only has a few light nodes left working in two of the six cells
