They fit our queen-sized mattress with a foam topper just right. These fit my mattress very well, and they feel so soft and silky.

Cons

These sheets are very rough and scratchy. It feels like they are full of little prickly splinters. Washed, dried, sprayed wrinkle release on it and still had wrinkles.

Sad that the cost keeps going up & the quality goes down. I am amazed that amazon will sell such a deficient product.

These are the worst i have ever ordered through amazon. These sheets are awful.
