No creaks at all. It is very sturdy, came well packaged and early!
Cons
Neither slat actually fits properly. When the planks fail and the mattress sinks your limbs can become wedged between the frame and mattress! the slats are cut far to short to keep the mattress mounted and supported.

Easy enough to figure out if you pay attention but none of the pieces are labeled like they are on the directions so you have to pay close attention to what you’re doing to get it figured out

The only thing keep it from a 4 is that the drawers dont attach to 1 end or the other which could be a plus
