Emailing through the contact listed on the bed, near the valves, resulted in kind customer service and a very quick turnaround for a new bed to be shipped out. The height is perfect and it saves so much room!
This brand is durable so far. Material is heavier than other air mattresses that i have slept on. Noisy, but fills up with air fast and sleeps about as well as expected.

I kept inflating it, it keep deflating. Not really enough room on the bed to sleep at a diagonal and avoid the pillow. Causes interrupted sleep as well as headaches, back aches, and stiffness in the morning.
