It performs exactly as advertised, looks better than originally pictured. Would both recommend and buy again. It fits the kindle perfectly, and it makes it so much more convenient to carry.

The texture is of a different caliber than most treated products. This creates a natural sheen that softens and smooths the texture.

When you fold it back, the front cover attaches magnetically into the back cover. If you try to stick a finger in between the cover and the kindle when the cover is open and wrapped around the back, it pops the cover off.

Every bit of finishing on the product is excellent, but that's all rendered meaningless due to its failings at the job it was designed for. Packaged nicely, but has got several scratches on it in a few hours.

It's a suede like surface meaning it soils easily and feels nothing like a book. It shows marks (scratches, etc. It also gets scuffed up really easily.
