Packaging/appearance
I love that they are sweat free so the napkin in the box stays dry.
I toss it in the laundry every few months so that it doesn't start to get a yucky smell from bits of food that get stuck in the fabric.
I also like that the packaging is so minimal -- just 2 stickers on the product and the box it shipped in.
Competitiveness
Seems to hold up to its promise of being sweat-proof.
The cover velcros across the top and can be removed for cleaning.

I like that you can put the ice pack in the pouch, which eliminates any worry of the ice pack getting punctured and leaking.
