The fch gate was missing two pieces and when i tried contacting them repeatedly i was unable to have them send the parts or even reply to my follow up messages

It could be slightly easier to open only because i need to hold the bottom part down when i am unlatching the gate in order to open it

I researched about every baby gate out there and settled on this one though a little nervous as people seemed to struggle with broken parts and its set up but reviews for other ones seemed even worse

The gate is great because even when our son holds the bars on the door i can close it because the last bar on the gate does not close right next to the side no squished fingers
