Pros
Strong, robust flavors that really come out well in espresso. Very smooth and doesn't give me reflux. Would make a great traditional drip coffee.
The flavor is enjoyable and doesn’t have that “ burnt” roasted taste that many popular coffee shops have. It tastes pretty good with no bitterness. Good balance of sweet berry flavors and bitterness.
Cons
Very disappointed of this roaster and will not buy again. The coffee brews very dark, smells meh and tastes equally as meh. Very little flavor and rather bitter. Would not recommend this bean.
